Session 1: Relationship Fundraising 3.0: The Emerging Science of Donor Relationships

Relationship Fundraising 3.0 focuses not just on who people are as donors, but who they are as people. When we understand who our donors are, we can create communications which celebrate them. Studies show that when supporter well being rises, giving rises. This session will show you how to use our science to design more successful communications.

Session 2: Building Donor Loyalty: The Latest Thinking and Research

In the United States, some 70% of newly acquired donors will never make another gift to the organization. This fast-moving session will explore key loyalty metrics and demonstrate the utility of lifetime value thinking. The session will conclude by introducing the science of philanthropic psychology.
